想牽著手對你 / 妳說， I want to hold hands and say to you / you say,
你 / 妳是被愛的，一直被愛著。 You / You are loved, always loved.
也許是另一半、也許是摯友， Maybe it's the other half, maybe it's a best friend,
也許是親愛的家人們， Maybe it's my dear family,
又或者那個脆弱的自己。 Or that fragile self.
有一些話， There are some words,
只想對生命裡那個最重要的人說。 I just want to say it to the most important person in my life.
