Shipping in the UK:

Flat-rate shipping applies to all stationery and lifestyle orders:

• £3.80 for Royal Mail Tracked 48

• £4.80 for Royal Mail Tracked 24

Enjoy FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 on stationery/accessory orders over £40, and
FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24 on stationery/accessory orders over £100.​

• Delivery may take 3-5 working days.

Shipping internationally:

We currently ship to the following countries:

Germany, Spain, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and Turkey. ​

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked services. It normally takes 3-7 business days.

• A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all international orders up to 2kg.

• If your order exceeds 2kg, a higher shipping rate will apply. We will contact you by email before processing your order to confirm the updated shipping cost and request your approval. Your order will not be shipped until the revised shipping fee has been confirmed.

•Import Duties and Refused Deliveries

Where an order is returned due to the customer’s refusal to pay any applicable import tax, customs duty or related charges, a refund will only be issued after the goods have been received and inspected by us. Provided the items are confirmed to be undamaged and in resalable condition, only the value of the goods will be refunded. All original and return shipping costs, together with any fees incurred as a result of the return, including but not limited to customs clearance and handling charges, are non refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

For Dried Flower Items

Shipping In the UK only:

 

• Dried flower item will be packed and sent in a box individually.

• For dried flower products, our store uses Royal Mail Special Delivery.

• Self-pick up may be available in weekend markets around Manchester and some area in Cheshire West. If you would like to pick this option, please communicate with us prior to your order.

• For International orders, please contact us prior to your order.
