For Stationery/Lifestyle Goods
Shipping In UK:

Shipping costs of £3.80 (RM Tracked 48) or £4.80 (RM Tracked 24) will apply for stationery and lifestyle orders.

FREE Delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 on stationery/accessory goods order over £40.

FREE Delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 28 on stationery/accessory goods order over £120.

Delivery may take 3-5 working days.
For Dried Flower Items
Shipping In UK:

Dried flower item will be packed and sent in a box individually.

For dried flower products, our store uses Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Self-pick up may be available in weekend markets around Manchester and some area in Cheshire West. If you would like to pick this option, please communicate with us prior to your order.
(Please contact us before placing order if any urgent or special delivery may be required.)
For international orders
For international orders under £120, shipping charges will be calculated based on the Royal Mail Tracked Service. Before placing your order, kindly contact us via email at support@oneministore.com. We will provide the exact weight and shipping cost for your reference. For international orders over £120 (up to 1kg), complimentary tracked delivery is included. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from oneministore. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oneinistore.com.
Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Custom-made orders and sale items are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return postage costs, and any original shipping charges will be non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
